Pre-Order and Shipping Date: All purchases for our Home Garden Starter Kits are considered pre-orders. This means that when you purchase a kit, you are reserving it for future shipment. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select your preferred shipping date. The product will be sent out on the selected shipping date to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times: Currently, we use Aramex couriers as our trusted shipping carrier. Once your order is dispatched, delivery times can be expected to take anywhere from 2 to 5 working days within New Zealand. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays.
Rural Delivery Method: If you are ordering products to be sent to a rural address, it is essential to select the Rural Delivery method during the checkout process. This enables us to ensure your order is delivered smoothly to your rural location. Failure to select the Rural Delivery method may result in additional shipping fees, and we reserve the right to ask for further shipping charges from the customer to cover rural delivery costs.
Tracking and Updates: For your convenience, all orders will be provided with a tracking link once the shipment is processed. You can use this link to monitor the status of your order and get real-time updates on its delivery progress. The tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. The shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review the total cost of your purchase before finalizing your order.
Multiple Items in One Order: If you order multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Rest assured, you will receive all items within the expected delivery timeframe.
